Ramesh is an accomplished Finance professional with over 25+ years of experience across advertising, creative, and consulting organizations.

Currently serving as Director - Finance at Zappak Culinary Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. He brings deep expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, and strategic reporting.

A Commerce Graduate from the University of Delhi, he has previously worked with leading advertising and creative agencies, bringing strong commercial understanding and compliance-focused financial leadership.

Ramesh is also one of the founders of FreshRISE; an enterprise that manufactures tissue paper and other paper product.

Anupam is a multifaceted professional. He also serves as the Chief Product Officer with Zappak Culinary Expeditions Pvt, Ltd.

Anupam Sen Gupta is a transformational coach, mentor, veteran musician, author, filmmaker, and sonic branding practitioner with over four decades of experience.

A guitarist since 1980, he has produced 200+ original works and ranked in India’s Top 10 at Levi’s Great Indian Rock. He has led 550+ creative interventions across institutions and corporations in India and the Far East.

Anupam is a national record holder recognised by Limca Book of Records and a recipient of United Nations recognised Karmaveer Award & Fellowship

Dilip is a creative visionary, indie music trailblazer, and brand experience strategist, Dilip crafts experiences that genuinely connect.

Rooted in Indian heritage and trained early in Carnatic rhythm through the mridangam, his journey evolved through blues rock into a lifelong exploration of music, creativity, and independent expression—driven by a desire to inspire others to think differently and live on their own terms.

He believes the most powerful ideas emerge where culture, rhythm, and lived experience intersect.

Zappak Culinary Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is a Government of India registered Startup and MSME, established in 2023, specializing in the culinary arts. The company is fully compliant, holding a valid FSSAI license, Import–Export Code (IEC), and all necessary statutory approvals.

Zappak explores food as a form of creative and cultural expression, blending tradition with experimentation. Its work reflects a deep respect for heritage flavors while embracing contemporary culinary thinking.

The company is the brainchild of Anupam Sen Gupta and Dilip Ramachandran, both musicians with over three decades of creative experience. Their journey in music has strongly influenced their culinary approach—treating flavors like notes and recipes like compositions.

Manoj is a seasoned operational leader with over three decades of diverse experience across F&B, development, and manufacturing sectors.

Currently serving as Director - Production at Zappak Culinary Expedition Pvt. Ltd., he brings robust expertise in strategic procurement, government compliance, and resource management.

Previously leading business administration at leading corporations, he has a strong background in optimizing organizational workflows and driving operational efficiency. He is known for his analytical approach to problem-solving and his ability to foster cross-functional team collaboration.

A self taught guitar player, Mintu handles regulatory documentation, sourcing and logistics.

He comes with hands-on experience of nearly two decades.

Sanjit is a great cook and a biker who loves to spend time on highways when free.

He is In-Charge of Packaging and takes care of product safety.
