Anupam Sen Gupta has spent four decades nurturing music, film, writing and entrepreneurship. Born into a heritage family from North Bengal, with his maternal home in Lucknow and an early childhood in Europe, he grew up in a home kitchen alive with recipes that travelled from Sylhet, Pabna, Kolkata, Darjeeling and Lucknow, alongside Anglo-Indian and international influences.

He holds a certificate in Food & Health from Stanford University, USA — not to become a chef, but because he was always going to end up here. His weekend hobby kitchen venture, Bhukhadkhana — The Kitchen of the Weekend Nawab — earned a cult following serious enough to deliver to your door. Anupam doesn't measure spices. He balances them.

Dilip Ramachandran, best known as the drummer of Parikrama, one of India's iconic rock bands, first learnt rhythm on the Mridangam before spending decades performing across India and the world. He is also a branding expert and film editor with a deep-rooted interest in culture running through his DNA.

Dilip has performed in 800+ concerts across the world — a journey that gave him a wide taste of cuisines. His other practice: eating seriously, thinking hard about why some food works and some doesn't, and never pretending to be satisfied with less.

Anupam cooks like a composer. Dilip tastes like a music arranger. He questions every flavour, appreciates every nuance, and never settles for the ordinary.
